Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days once the order is processed, and you will receive a tracking number to follow your jewelry at all times.

We accept returns or exchanges exclusively within the first 15 days after receiving your piece. The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, and must include its original packaging.

Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, unless the error was on our end.
