At Eternal Jewelry, we accept returns or exchanges within the first 15 days of receiving your jewelry. You may request a return or exchange within 15 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible, the piece must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations, and must include its original packaging and tags. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the error was on our end.

To request an exchange or return, please contact us by email or through our social media within the indicated timeframe, and include your order number and the reason for the request.
